Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At UrbanBazaar, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Due to the exclusive nature of our inventory and limited stock availability, we have established the following policy.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect sizing selections. This is because many of our items are sourced in limited quantities or reserved specifically for each order.

However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• If an item is out of stock after purchase

• If we are unable to fulfill your order

• If an item arrives damaged and a replacement is not available

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Exchanges (Eligible Cases Only)

We gladly offer exchanges in the following situations:

1. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).

2. Incorrect Item or Size Sent by Us

If we sent the wrong product or size, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost.

Sizing Policy (Important)

Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.

• If the correct size was delivered as ordered, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges or refunds for sizing issues.

• We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide or contacting support if you are unsure.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

• Earrings

• Hats

• Personal accessories
